About Terberg
Special Vehicles

Terberg is a family business. In 1869 Johannes Bernardus Terberg set up as a blacksmith in Benschop. At present, the fourth generation of the Terberg family is running a business specialising in building terminal, RoRo and yard tractors and related vehicles. These are supplied to markets such as ports, distribution centres, industry, road/rail and airports.

Terberg has a worldwide presence. Terberg vehicles operate in over 100 countries worldwide and are supported by a network of international distributors and Terberg branches.

Terberg focusses on innovation and is the trendsetter in this niche market. By continuously responding to the requirements of our customers throughout the world we can deliver vehicles of the highest quality, offering the best possible performance.

Terberg takes sustainability seriously: as a family business we are keenly aware that future generations should also be able to live and work in a clean environment.

Terberg knows that it takes dedicated employees, with a passion for our business and our products, to make the difference. By working together at all levels of the organisation we can stay ahead of the competition and serve our customers well.

Mission Statement

"Terberg aims to be a respected and customer-focused manufacturer supplying its customers with tailor-made vehicles of the highest quality and meeting the highest standards of performance.

We seek to fulfil our mission by continually investing in engineering, improving the production processes and optimising our distributor network.

This means working with all our employees to create a dedicated organisation with a passion for our product."

Core values
Our core values are a spirit of enterprise, a focus on innovation and change, customer friendliness, flexibility, integrity and quality.

These core values have enabled us to grow and are deeply rooted in our organisation. In effect, they are part of our DNA. It is this DNA that guides us in our work. And no concessions on this will be made. These core values must also form the basis of how you work and behave on a day-to-day basis.

We are convinced that the core values we stand for have provided the foundations for our success, underlie our culture and guide our actions.
